I pulled out the little red (or green) cover for the USB port. How do I get it back in?
If it’s not torn, grab a paperclip and gently push it back into place (MacGyver-style). If it’s damaged or just being stubborn, shoot us an email at info@nighttechgear.com, and we’ll help sort it out.

One of my units won’t hold a charge. Can I replace the battery?
Our units are sealed tight to keep out rain, mud, and sweat (you’re welcome). That also means the rechargeable batteries aren’t replaceable. If you’re having issues, email us at info@nighttechgear.com, and we’ll help you out.
How long should my units last?
Like any good training partner, they perform best with regular use (hint hint—keep running!). Leaving them uncharged for too long can shorten battery life. If they do stop working, reach out — we’ve got your back.
