Changed your mind? No problem! You have 30 days from the purchase date to send your item back. Plenty of time to decide if we’re your perfect running partner.

📦 Product Condition

Returns are accepted if the product is in new or like-new condition, ideally in its original packaging (we love a good unboxing moment).

🔧 Warranty

We stand by our gear! Your purchase is covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects—because your lights should go the distance.

🧾 Proof of Purchase

To process a return or warranty claim, we’ll need your receipt or order confirmation. This ensures your purchase came through NightTechGear.com or one of our authorized channels.

💰 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method—no store credit

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Returns within 30 days? We’ve got you covered! We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label.
  • Warranty claim within 90 days? If your unit has a defect, we’ll cover return shipping for that too.

🚫 Exclusions

We can’t accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse (we love adventure, but our lights aren’t meant for underwater diving or wrestling bears).
  • Final sale items — if it was a great deal, it’s yours to keep!
  • Refunds are issued once we receive the returned item
